Use:
Measure -> Prepare -> Place -> Close and lock
The width of the sternum is precisely measured to determine the correct size of implant to be selected. The opened fixer is inserted and aligned parallel to the sternum. The FIXTER’s two-position screw is turned into the closing position. This activates the ratchet mechanism. A reduction clamp is used to press the two halves together. Once the implant is firmly closed, the two-position screw is turned into the locked position. This locks the implant securely.
